Empowering women is integral to bringing the change we want to our world, and this can mainly happen through education, which remains the main key to fostering women's empowerment. Women should be encouraged to attain education, become initiative drivers, and role models for their peers and communities.

Badiri Education and Development Academy, the knowledge and capacity building arm of NAMA Women Advancement Establishment (NAMA), has underlined its commitment to shaping women’s developmental journey and preparing them for the changing nature of the workplace by enhancing access to knowledge, capacity building and skills development.

We are happy to announce that our partnership with Citi Foundation will continue building futures throughout 2022! The project “Providing Opportunities for Work and Empowering Resilience 2.0” will help us to train 740 young women and men in the most in-demand skills and connect them to job opportunities, bringing the total number of beneficiaries impacted by the partnership to over 4,300 at the end of the year.
