Lujain studied Health Sciences at King Saud University in Riyadh but after graduating, she faced challenges finding a job, let alone one in the health sector. I took a Workplace Success Readiness Training funded by JP Morgan which helped me gain the skills she needed. "I consider myself lucky to have been part of EFE’s training program which was the first training I attended in my job career. It amazed me how the training was built to leave an impact on the trainees given the knowledge shared, the exercises and activities done, and how the trainer was able to tailor the training to fit our age group and personalities too, we were engaged from day one. The training taught me to learn more about the brand I represent, to be aware of the personality differences when it comes to communicating with either team members, leaders or customers. I learned how to express myself and my ideas in an effective way, to be innovative and always go the extra mile when it comes to dealing with responsibilities. I’ve understood how it’s essential to know how, when and with whom an employee must interact to accomplish his goals. Working under pressure and finding solutions are skills I’ve enhanced I’ve kept in my mind and the work experience itself."
