Business Analyst
Faycal was raised in a working-class family in Casablanca. Despite his graduation from a technical institute, he struggled to secure interviews for the numerous entry-level positions he applied for. When he did manage to secure interviews, his lack of professional experience and soft skills hindered job offers. In 2007, he enrolled in EFE-Maroc's Workplace Success program, which proved transformative. Over two months, he honed skills like time management, teamwork, and communication, bolstering his confidence. Following graduation, Faycal secured a job at DELL, where he thrived for over 5 years and ascended to the role of a Business Analyst. Yet, driven by ambition, Faycal pursued a higher education to further his dream career. Canada beckoned, and he found his path at Shelbourne University. Today, he resides in Canada, serving as a Project Manager & Business Analyst at the University of Ottawa.
