EFE has pioneered a unique, demand-driven approach to job training in the MENA region. The Job Training and Placement Program is EFE’s core model of training, targeted towards unemployed university graduates and high school diploma holders. The program provides participants with the life, professional, and vocational skills that are in demand by employers in the region, and places participants in jobs upon graduation.
