EFE-Maroc concluded the “Training Moroccan Youth for the Digital Future,” supported by the Comunidad de Madrid. Launched in March 2023, this initiative equipped young Moroccan job seekers with the digital skills needed to thrive in today's competitive job market.

Through the "Emplea+" e-learning platform, developed by the Accenture Foundation, over 450 young men and women benefited from free training. The program focused on essential digital and soft skills, with a particular emphasis on gender equality.

As a result of this initiative, more than 180 graduates, including 42% women, have secured employment in a variety of industries across Morocco, from technology and finance to hospitality and retail.
