In partnership with the U.S. Embassy Jerusalem Office of Palestinian Affairs, EFE, EFE-Palestine, and International Strategic Management, Inc. launched the Scale Up & Thrive project in 2020 to help female entrepreneurs in the West Bank, Gaza, and East Jerusalem. Under this project, EFE-Palestine and ISM provided advanced training, coaching, and mentorship to 42 established female entrepreneurs in Palestine to grow their businesses and expand their markets through local and international retail events.

In March 2023, five finalists traveled to Washington, D.C., and Detroit, Michigan to participate in an exchange program with workshops, business incubator events, networking, retail site visits, demo days, and more.
