EFE-Yemen recently concluded the READY Women Project, a 5-month collaborative effort with UN Women. The project resulted in the placement of 80 young women in diverse sectors, such as banking, the food industry, and NGOs in the relief sector. This milestone underscores the project's effectiveness in equipping women with the skills and opportunities needed to thrive in Yemen's current, challenging job market. Additionally, 10 participants showcased their SMEs at the "I Can" business showcase, highlighting the project's impact on fostering small businesses.
