Through a collaborative effort with the Ras Al Khaimah Human Resources Department and the support of the Citi Foundation, EFE-UAE is delighted to announce the successful conclusion of another round of its impactful Work Readiness Training program, with 31 individuals graduating from the course and now poised to explore opportunities in the job market.

The program's initial employment rate has exceeded 30%, as these graduates are already embarking on their professional journeys, securing meaningful positions in various sectors. Furthermore, EFE-UAE remains dedicated to providing ongoing support to all participants, actively working to secure employment opportunities for those who are still on their path to success.
