In partnership with Agility, EFE-Saudi Arabia conducted two Pathways classes focused on empowering young, unemployed Saudis with advanced job search strategies through artificial intelligence. The program exceeded expectations, training 40 Saudi youth—surpassing the initial target of 25—and achieving a graduation rate of 90%. These young men and women gained practical skills on how to leverage AI to enhance their job search, tailor their job applications, and effectively position themselves in the competitive job market. By integrating AI tools into their employment strategies, participants are now better equipped to navigate the evolving job landscape and seize new opportunities.
