Under Mercy Corps' Positive Youth Engagement (PYE) program, EFE-Palestine successfully implemented three training programs in 2024, providing youth with work readiness and technical skills training, followed by career development internships in the private and NGO sectors.

Digital Marketing
30 young women and men from the West Bank completed 85 hours of digital marketing training, with 14 participants placed in internships across technology, insurance, education, and accounting sectors. Two interns received extensions.

Graphic Design
30 young women and men graduated from the graphic design program, with 17 participants securing internships in graphic design, engineering, and financing sectors.

Banking Principles
28 young women and men completed banking principles training, with 14 participants placed in internships in insurance, accounting, and telecommunications.

Through outreach to over 50 organizations, EFE-Palestine successfully placed 45 youth in paid internships and helped 27 graduates secure post-training employment.

Building on the success of year one, EFE-Palestine will collaborate with Mercy Corps for another year of the PYE program, aiming to expand training opportunities, strengthen employer partnerships, and support graduates in accessing meaningful professional opportunities.
