On February 29, 2024, EFE-Maroc in partnership with IFMEREE SA Tanger brought together nearly 20 companies operating in the renewable energy sector or adopting eco-friendly approaches to engage with youth seeking opportunities.

More than a recruitment event, it was a unique chance for the 300 young men and women in Tangier and surrounding regions to meet industry pioneers, forge valuable connections, and kickstart their careers. In a strong commitment to eco-friendliness, EFE-Maroc digitized all resumes and turned them into QR codes. This helped reduce the event’s carbon footprint and demonstrated EFE’s dedication to sustainability.
