The Future Hotelier Academy initiative has been launched by the Grand Hyatt Amman Hotel in cooperation with EFE-Jordan. This initiative aims to empower youth by providing them with the skills necessary to find job opportunities in the tourism and hospitality sector, through a free training program that will be held in the Grand Hyatt Amman Hotel over a period of 6 months. The training includes soft skills and sector-specific technical training which meets the needs of the labor market in three main sectors: food and beverage service, reception, and housekeeping.
