The Employment Intensive Investment Program (EIIP), a program aimed at creating sustainable job opportunities for Syrian and Jordanian workers, successfully trained 1,103 students in various technical skills. The training covered a range of in-demand sectors, including car mechanics, beauty, hospitality, retail, construction, agriculture, garment.  

The training was conducted in multiple governorates, including Amman, Zarqa, Ajloun, Jarash, Irbid, and Mafraq.

Funded by the KFW Development Bank on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, the EIIP is implemented by the International Labor Organization in partnership with Miami Business Solutions, Education for Employment-Jordan, the Technical Academy for Vocational Training, and Authentecs Company for Vocational and Technological Training.
