In Partnership with Ras Al Khaimah Human Resource Department and thanks to the support of Citi Foundation, EFE launched the first class of the "Finding a Job is a Job" training program.

Over six intensive hours of training, 24 participants received comprehensive guidance on crafting effective CVs, mastering professional interview techniques, leveraging LinkedIn for networking, and utilizing innovative AI tools in their job search.

The program’s goal is to equip participants with the knowledge and confidence needed to pursue meaningful employment opportunities, underscoring EFE's commitment to empowering youth and fostering economic growth.
