For three years, EFE's project #EZDEHAR, made possible thanks to Think Human Foundation, has served 254 young Algerians, providing them with invaluable soft and digital skills as well as social and emotional learning training. The training itself offered a flexible approach, combining both in-class (JTP) sessions with employer partners from banking, insurance, business schools, and the food industry, and online (EMPLEA+) components. This catered to diverse learning styles and ensured accessibility. The project's reach extended beyond just classrooms, fostering partnerships with universities, associations, and student clubs.

This impactful initiative is set for further growth. EFE plans to expand the project to include financial aid for local NGOs working in the development of green entrepreneurship.
