With the support of the Brighter Vision Foundation, EFE-Egypt empowered 38 young Egyptian women with essential ICT skills through comprehensive Job Placement Training. The program aimed to enhance women’s employability and contribute to inclusive economic growth in Egypt. Participants received hands-on training in key areas such as web development (front-end), JavaScript, React JS, Python, and data analytics fundamentals. The curriculum also covered project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum, along with data visualization tools including Excel, Tableau, and Power BI. These skills equip graduates to pursue job opportunities in Egypt's growing ICT sector, with job placement outcomes currently being monitored.
