EFE's Annual Summit was held in Cairo, Egypt, from October 3rd to 5th. The three-day event brought together EFE's teams from across the network to focus on key priority areas under the theme: Scaling with Quality. 103 stakeholders from over 10 countries flew in for the event, making it the biggest of its kind in the history of EFE.

EFE Founder, Ron Bruder inaugurated the event, setting an inspiring tone for the following days: "EFE has been around for 20 years, but the next 20 are going to be the best."

On day one, board members and CEOs came together to chart the strategic course forward, reaffirming their commitment to scaling with quality, and the importance of doing so now.  Day two was dedicated to fostering collaborative partnerships, inviting participants to work together on defining what this might look like for the different departments at EFE. A special luncheon in collaboration with AmCham brought together nearly 300 attendees to discuss innovative solutions for youth employment. On the last day, staff from across the network attended breakout sessions covering EFE’s strategic tracks and priorities for the coming year.  

As we look ahead, the energy and commitment at this year's summit make it clear that we have come far, and there is still a lot of work to do. With a renewed sense of purpose and collaboration, EFE is ready to scale its impact over the coming years.
