Trainees in EFE-Yemen's Medical Employment and Development Project II, implemented in partnership with Catholic Relief Services, recently shared their knowledge in Sana'a. Three groups participated in different types of community engagement activities: The first presented on organ donations and blood types and checked attendees' vital signs, the second presented on malnutrition and typhoid in children and demonstrated thermometer use at a women's literacy center, and the third distributed hygiene kits and COVID-19 prevention information on the outskirts of the city. We're proud to see our trainees already making a difference in healthcare in their communities!
