In collaboration with the Cummins Arabia Project, EFE-Saudi conducted a Job Training Placement (JTP) program for a cohort of 50 young women. This initiative ensures that young job-seekers are not only equipped with the necessary skills but also the confidence to excel in their chosen careers.

Through intensive training and mentorship, EFE-Saudi empowered these 50 young women with market-driven skills and knowledge tailored to meet the specific demands of their respective industries. Graduating from this program, these women were prepared for the job market and successfully connected to meaningful employment opportunities.
