EFE is pioneering two unique approaches to job training for unemployed youth in MENA:

• We partner with businesses that have jobs available but lack the qualified personnel they need
• We will be implementing a new program that provides entrepreneurship training and links to business incubation services, mentors and access to capital.

Through our training model, we match talented youth with private sector jobs that need skilled workers. We have placed EFE graduates in a range of industries including hotel management, hospitality, business consulting, media, accounting and finance, construction, education, heating/air conditioning repair, maintenance and information technology.
