EFE is making a difference by giving unemployed youths a chance to start a meaningful career through training and job opportunities.

Want to get involved?

EFE’s training programs will provide you with the professional and vocational skills you need for your first job. Graduates are placed in jobs that are pre-committed by partnering organizations after being trained with the specific skills needed for the job. All graduates receive continued support through our mentoring and alumni networks and stay connected to like-minded peers.
