“A Chance to RESET” (Reskilling and Empowerment towards Sustainable Employment to Thrive),is a 4-year project EFE-Morocco launched in September 2021 with support from Silatech, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Dell Technologies and Accenture Foundation, with the overall goal to improve the livelihoods of 22,455 young Moroccans by connecting them to the labour market through EFE’s online and in-classroom reskilling programs, virtual job matching services and job fairs. The project aims to place 8,175 young job seekers in sustainable jobs by 2025.

For its first year of implementation, this four-year program has seen the organization of several activities with high added value, such as the organization of a virtual job fair and various open days in different cities of the country. Thus, creating an exchange space and initiated meetings between candidates and potential recruiters in order to reinforce the employability of young people. EFE-Morocco has also inaugurated new Hiring Kiosks in Casablanca, in order to facilitate the job matching and to connect more young people to the new job opportunities.

By end of October 2022, a total of 6,966 youth (56% of Women) have been benefiting from the program activities, of which 1,900 youth were able to secure sustainable jobs in the most demanding sectors.”
