EFE-Jordan held the closing ceremony of the “AMAL” project, funded by the French government and AFD - Agence Française de Développement, graduating over 1,300 young men and women. The “AMAL” project believes that every job opportunity, represents hope. The project worked on training 1,300 young men and women and improving their access to economic opportunities and employment in the hospitality sector, through self-employment, and entrepreneurship. Participants were both Jordanian young men and women, and refugees, who launched small projects in the governorates that were greatly affected by the Syrian crisis and the COVID pandemic, including Amman, Ajloun, and Jerash.
