In collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO), EFE-Egypt's latest project with IBM is aims to transform the lives of young people by equipping them with essential digital skills. The project focuses on providing comprehensive digital skills training to a diverse cohort of 1,000 participants. What sets this initiative apart is its commitment to inclusivity, with 30% of participants being refugees, thereby extending the opportunity for skill development to those facing unique challenges.

The project utilizes the cutting-edge IBM SkillsBuild platform. Through this platform, participants are gaining access to a wide array of digital skills that are increasingly essential in today's rapidly evolving job market. The training encompasses a range of critical competencies, from digital literacy to advanced technical skills, equipping these young individuals with the knowledge and capabilities needed to thrive in a digital age.
