EFE-Jordan's Al-Amal Project brings hope through jobs for young Jordanians and Syrian Refugees. It is a 3-year project that has trained more than 1,300 refugees, Jordanian youth, and women to become financially independent in the governorates of Amman, Jerash, and Ajloun. The project included training in soft and technical skills needed in today's job market and offered job search and entrepreneurship support.

In February 2023, under the patronage of His Excellency the French Ambassador Alexis Le Cour Grandmaison, EFE-Jordan held the closing ceremony of the project, which was funded by the French government and AFD - Agence Française de Développement

The closing ceremony was attended by a number of donors and partners from the private sector, as well as alumni who shared their experiences and successes with attendees.
